Liz Griffin is the Manager for Behavioral Health Practice Support at NC AHEC. Her responsibilities include leading the development and implementation of NC AHEC’s Tailored Care Management Technical Assistance initiative in partnership with NC Medicaid and the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA). Liz also provides quality improvement consultation on the Collaborative Care Model (CoCM) and behavioral health integration in primary care to a statewide team of NC AHEC practice support coaches.
