2023 Presentation:

Behavioral Health: Leading Dynamic Teams through Digital Health

As the Greek philosopher Heraclitus observed so long ago, “Change is the only constant.”  Since meaningful use and the sweeping adoption of electronic health records (EHRs) just 12 years ago, the transformation rocket has launched a rapid, complex, and constant redesign of the way humans interact in terms of the definition of teams, remote monitoring, access, and need for advanced, digital.  Digital Behavioral Health has amped up, accelerating telemedicine, wearables, mHealth apps, AI, interoperability, and analytics, just to name a few.  Mix these dynamics with post-pandemic needs, economic shifts, market disruption, regulations, and societal changes, and today’s care providers are being asked to build the plane while flying to achieve modernization.  Join Adele as she delivers some clarity to creating high-performing teams in dynamic times as a digital leader.
